Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FanVault platform ("Platform"), operated by FanVault ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FanVault. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. To monetize content as a creator, you must be at least 18 years old. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. One person may not maintain more than one account.

As a creator on FanVault, you agree to:

• Only post content you own or have rights to;
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
• Not post any prohibited content as defined in our Community Guidelines;
• Accurately represent yourself and your content to fans;
• Fulfill all subscription and shop commitments to your fans.

5.1 Permitted Content

FanVault welcomes all forms of non-adult creative content including but not limited to: music, art, fitness, cooking, education, gaming, travel, fashion, beauty, technology, comedy, and more.

5.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings:

• Any sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content of any kind;
• Any content involving minors inappropriately — reported to law enforcement immediately;
• Content depicting real violence, gore, or injury;
• Hate speech, racism, or discrimination;
• Harassment, threats, or bullying;
• Content promoting illegal activities;
• Deepfakes of real individuals without consent;
• Spam, scams, or misleading content.

As a fan on FanVault, you agree to:

• Treat all creators with respect;
• Not share, redistribute, or re-upload any creator content without permission;
• Not attempt to obtain personal information of creators;
• Not send sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult images/videos to creators — this results in immediate point forfeiture and permanent account ban;
• Not initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate cause.

FanVault operates on a revenue-share model. Creators keep between 70% and 80% of all earnings depending on their tier. Payment processing fees (approximately 3–5%) are covered by FanVault. Payouts are made on the 25th of each month, with a minimum payout threshold of $20 USD.

FanVault reserves the right to withhold or forfeit earnings in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks.

You retain ownership of all content you post. By posting content on FanVault, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. You may remove your content at any time, subject to existing subscription commitments.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

FanVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not responsible for any content posted by users. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account at our sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Pending earnings may be forfeited in cases of serious violations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
