Community Guidelines

All users — both creators and fans — must be 13 years of age or older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Creators who wish to monetize their content must be 18 years of age or older.

Any account found to belong to a user under 13 will be immediately terminated.

Fanvault is a 100% adult-content-free platform. The following content is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and full earnings forfeiture:

• Any sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content of any kind;
• Nudity or partial nudity in a sexual context;
• Sexual suggestions, innuendo, or provocative content;
• Content promoting or advertising adult platforms or services;
• Any content involving minors in any inappropriate context — this is a criminal offense and will be reported to law enforcement immediately.

Accounts found violating this policy will be permanently banned and all pending earnings will be forfeited without appeal.

• Art, drawing, painting, digital art, and creative work;
• Photography, film, and visual storytelling;
• Cooking, baking, food, and culinary content;
• Education, tutorials, how-to guides, and courses;
• Gaming, esports, and interactive entertainment;
• Travel, lifestyle, and personal vlogs;
• Comedy, entertainment, and performance;
• Fashion, beauty, skincare, and style;
• Technology, coding, science, and innovation;
• Business, finance, and entrepreneurship;
• Mental health, wellness, and motivational content;
• Parenting, family, and kids-friendly content;
• Anime, manga, cosplay, and pop culture;
• Nature, animals, gardening, and environment;
• Physical shop items: handmade goods, merchandise, signed items, clothing and accessories.

❌ You May Never Post

• Any sexually explicit or adult content — immediate ban and earnings forfeiture;
• Any content involving minors inappropriately — reported to law enforcement;
• Content depicting or glorifying real violence, injury, or gore;
• Hate speech, racism, discrimination, or content targeting protected groups;
• Harassment, threats, or bullying of any individual;
• Non-consensual content or content recorded without consent;
• Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities;
• Deepfakes or AI-generated content depicting real individuals without consent;
• Content promoting suicide, self-harm, or dangerous behavior;
• Spam, scams, or misleading content;
• Content promoting gambling, drugs, or controlled substances.

Fanvault's integrated shop allows creators to sell physical items to fans. Permitted items include signed merchandise, handmade goods, clothing, accessories, art prints, and digital products.

When selling physical items, creators must:

• Accurately describe all items in listings;
• Ship items within a reasonable timeframe (recommended: within 14 days of purchase);
• Comply with all applicable laws in both their jurisdiction and the buyer's jurisdiction;
• Not list counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items;
• Not list items that could be used as weapons or dangerous substances;
• Not list any adult or sexually-oriented items of any kind.

Fanvault is not responsible for physical items sold but reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.

If your content features another person:

• You must have their explicit, documented consent before publishing;
• Consent can be withdrawn at any time — you must promptly remove content upon request;
• Never post content featuring someone who has not agreed to appear on Fanvault.

Fans are expected to treat all creators with respect. The following behaviors will result in account suspension:

• Harassment, threats, or abusive messages toward creators;
• Attempting to obtain personal information (real name, address, etc.) of creators;
• Sharing, distributing, or re-uploading any creator content outside of Fanvault without permission;
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes without legitimate cause;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans;
• Soliciting off-platform contact or payments;
• Sending sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult images/videos to creators via messages — this results in immediate point forfeiture and permanent account ban without appeal.

Fanvault respects the privacy of all users. You must not:

• Attempt to identify, expose, or "dox" any creator or fan;
• Share any user's personal information without their consent;
• Screenshot or distribute private messages or paid content;
• Use the platform to conduct surveillance or track any individual.

You may only post content that you own or have rights to. Do not post:

• Content stolen from other creators;
• Copyrighted music, film, or media without proper licensing;
• Content impersonating another creator or public figure.

If your content is stolen, contact us at info@fanvault.cc with a DMCA takedown request.

• Do not impersonate other creators, celebrities, or public figures;
• Do not use AI chatbots to impersonate yourself in fan interactions without clear disclosure;
• Do not make false claims about yourself or your content;
• All pay-per-view content must match its description and preview.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Use the report button on any post, profile, or message;
• Email us at support@fanvault.cc;
• For suspected child exploitation material, also contact NCMEC CyberTipline at cybertipline.org.

We investigate all reports promptly and seriously.

Violations may result in:

• Content removal;
• Temporary suspension;
• Permanent account termination;
• Full forfeiture of all pending earnings (especially for adult content violations);
• Reporting to law enforcement where legally required.

Appeals may be submitted to support@fanvault.cc. Adult content violations are non-appealable.
