Fanvault is a platform that hosts user-generated content. All content uploaded by creators is produced independently by those creators, not by Fanvault.
Fanvault requires all creators to complete identity and age verification before any content is published on the platform. As part of this process, Fanvault collects and retains copies of government-issued identification documents confirming that all performers depicted in content uploaded to the platform are 18 years of age or older.
With respect to content uploaded by creators, Fanvault is not the "producer" as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Each creator who uploads content to Fanvault is the primary producer of such content and is responsible for maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 with respect to all performers depicted therein.
Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by each creator and are available for inspection at the creator's registered address as provided to Fanvault during the verification process.

All persons depicted in visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on this website were 18 years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depictions.
Fanvault has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content suspected of depicting minors will be immediately removed, and the matter will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and relevant law enforcement authorities.
